Inauguration of Bali Mandara Toll Road

Nusa Dua, Bali, 23 September 2013

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono inaugurated the Bali Mandara Toll Road, which is the first toll road on the island on 23rd September 2013. This 12.7 kilometers long road connects 3 main regions in South Bali namely Nusa Dua, Ngurah Rai Airport and Benoa, crossing over the water of Benoa Bay. The inauguration ceremony was attended by around 1000 invitees including some ministers, high-level officers and CEOs of some large state-owned enterprises. The Bali Mandara Toll Road was built and financed by an Indonesian consortium under the supervision of Jasa Marga.
