The 13th World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA) Convention

More than 300 delegates from 41 countries attended the convention of which the USA, China, South Africa and Indonesia had most member delegates.

Topics discussed were mainly the improvement of the quality of tourist guides with the cooperation of local tourist organizations in each member country. Various technical visits and gala dinners were conducted during the event.

The Minister for Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia opened this special event.
